We believe that a healthy diet is the best premise for good health. For this reason, we give great importance to the diversity and quality of our food.
Our crops are organic because:
- We do not use chemicals
- Organic legumes, herbs and fruits are indigenous so they are 100% adapted to the local climate.
- We grow most of it without irrigation, so we use water sustainably.

- Fruits: prickly pears, figs, carob, olives and other wild fruits.
- Verduras: nopal, variedad de tomates, pimientos, berenjenas, pepinos, habas, etc.
- Aromatic and medicinal plants: variety of aloes and agaves, rosemary, thyme, mint, sage, chicory, mallow, yarrow, etc.
