In accordance with these principles and thanks to our location on the Mediterranean coast, we integrate both the aquatic world and the terrestrial world in our projects. integramos tanto al mundo marino como al terrestre en nuestros proyectos.
Thus, we obtain a deeper and more sensitive understanding of the changes and interconnections between ecosystems. For us it is a pride to be able to share these experiences and spread the accumulated knowledge.
We apply the methods and practices of agroecology in our crops
In our plots we use the methods of agroecology to sustainably cultivate a wide variety of edible and medicinal plants and fruits.
But agroecology is much more:
- We increase biodiversity.
- We integrate trees and shrubs in crops (agroforestry).
- We protect and regenerate the soil (regeneration and conservation agriculture).
Aware of climate change, we are committed to associating crops with species adapted to the local climate, capable of resisting droughts and the "salty" winds that come from the sea.
We use xerophytes to counteract droughts: carob trees, olive trees, agaves, aloes, nopal and other cacti. And halophytes to cope with the "salty climate".
We always take into account the connection between land and sea. For example, we experiment with various plant and mineral fertilizers that integrate components of algae and aquatic plant debris.

What is knowledge worth if we do not put it into practice or share it?
We love teaching our alternative way of life to as many people as possible, that's why we create opportunities for you to experiment and visit us whenever you want.
We seek that all the people who come to our farm feel integrated in each of the projects, since they are a fundamental part of each of them.
For us it is very important that you have fun learning and exploring, because that means that we are on the right track.
